7-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Ilarra, we take great care in curating and delivering our artwork and workshops. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help—with a clear and fair return policy.

For Artworks & Products:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is:

    • Damaged during shipping (with proof),

    • Incorrect (wrong item delivered), or

    • Defective in material or finish.

  • Eligibility for Return:

    • Must be in original condition and packaging.

    • Should include original invoice and unboxing video as proof (mandatory for damage claims).

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

 For Courses & Workshop Bookings:

  • No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.

  • Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance (72 hours) are eligible for a full credit, which can be used for another workshop within 30 days.

  • In case of cancellation/postponement by Ilarra, participants will be offered a full refund or reschedule option.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Returns requested beyond 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please email us at support@ilarra.in within 7 days of receiving your item or at least 72 hours before your scheduled workshop. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Unboxing video or image proof
